The VELFINA’s initiative to start a public-private partnership in medical products is concretized through the organization of first WORKSHOP based on actual preoccupations regarding the rapport efficiency-cost in utilization of medical devices.

The event organized between 25-27 January 2008 at Sinaia was addressed to homogeneous specialized persons in medical field: teachers, doctors, medical managers of most important clinics and hospitals from the country.

VELFINA is addressed to its partners, specially to medical representants from clinics and hospitals, but not only, with innovator solutions which respond to the customer requirements, as well as regarding the efficiency for utilization, as to maintain a good equilibrium between efficiency and cost.

At the manifestation were pointed the importance of standards and applicable norms in European Community for the treatment of human subjects, an essential condition through which the manufacturer of medical devices offer to its partners the certitude of quality according to European Directive 93/42/EEC, harmonized through HG911/2005, regarding the establishment of conditions of market and operation of medical devices.

The subject of the event attracted the interest of many personalities specialized from medical world who have participated to this manifestation.
